As our first dedicated Online Operations Manager, you will setup and run a high-performing client service and operations team. You will be the key point of contact between our customers, account managers and products team. You are a leader with flexibility, management experience and outstanding decision- making skills and you’re able to use quantitative abilities to make effective, strategic decisions.

We are a well-experienced team, practice Agile development, use the latest .NET MVC, MongoDB and AWS technologies and have a strong ethos of letting each member of the team work to the best of their abilities and share their skills and knowledge.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Datahug lead for new customers by guiding them through Datahug's deployment, rollout and on-boarding program with the goal of making customers successful and self-sufficient.
  • Take a lead role in developing best practices for client interaction, sales and services for Datahug while achieving goals in quality, customer satisfaction, efficiency and up-selling.
  • Evaluate customer business requirements and feed into product roadmap.
  • Coordinate product integration and represent customer view points during UAT and Usability testing.
  • Provide product training and 1st line support.
  • Take a proactive account management approach.
  • Provide on-going best practices advice.
  • Develop project approach and schedule which ensures maximum customer success.
  • Develop a complete understanding of the Datahug Relationship Management system and industry best practices.
  • Serve as a coach and trusted advisor to valued Datahug customers.

Required Skills / Experience

  • 5+ years experience leading business application implementations for mid-market and enterprise level customers.
  • Solid understanding of B2B marketing and sales processes; experience in a customer acquisition, sales and customer retention role a big plus
  • Teamwork skills a must, ability to lead and manage resources.
  • Experience with enterprise software applications such as CRM, SFA, and marketing software a plus.
  • Proven project and time management skills in an environment where you may be managing several implementations simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Must be a quick learner, self-starter and have the ability to work with minimal supervision in fast-paced environment.
  • Four year university/college degree required.

Bonus Skills / Experience

  • Management Consulting or related client facing background.
  • Knowledge of UAT and Usability review process.
  • Knowledge of Analytics and customer satisfaction KPIs.
